Nothing happens when I press Cmd+Shift+7

macOS needs Screen Recording permission. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording and allow ScreenshotPrivacy, then try again. The app shows a panel with a button that takes you straight there.

Another application may also own that shortcut. The menu bar item captures too.

Something was not covered

Person names, addresses and health information are not detected in this version, and detection can miss. The review window exists so you can check before sharing — you can drag a bar over anything yourself.

For values only your organisation knows — ticket numbers, employee IDs — write a rule for them. That is a Pro feature.

I subscribed on another Mac

Open the app’s settings and choose Restore purchases. It reads the proof already on the device and needs no network.
